Delivery FAQ's

What are your lead times?

Printed and Embroidered Clothing:

We allow approximately 7 to 10 working days for delivery from artwork sign off and order confirmation. However we will always try to be flexible if you have an urgent enquiry or need to meet a specific date. Talk to our sales team and we’ll do everything we can to help.

Plain Clothing:

Providing items are in stock, they can be despatched to you within 2-4 working days.

What are your delivery charges?

Orders over £250 net: free delivery*

Orders under £250 net: £8.00 plus VAT*

For orders to UK mainland addresses only but excluding Scottish Highlands. Delivery charges to Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and all Scottish Highlands are price on application. We can also ship overseas at cost. Please contact our sales team for more information.

Please note:

  • Our preferred courier is Interlink.

  • Weekday deliveries to commercial addresses can be any time up to 6pm.

  • Deliveries to residential addresses can arrive between 7.30am and 7.30pm.

  • Guaranteed morning deliveries (from 7am onwards) and Saturday delivers are possible: contact our sales team for further information and prices.

  • We cannot leave items without a signature.

Can my order be tracked?

If you would like an update on your order, please call our customer services team on 01844 220500, or email Lines are open 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Can I have my order delivered on a certain day?

Please let our sales team know if you need your order by a certain date and we will do everything we can to fulfil this. Orders for plain clothing can usually be sent out on an overnight if ordered early enough. Clothing that requires printing or embroidery will take longer, but its always worth checking with our team.

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship internationally to customers who have an account with us and at least 6 months trading history.

Can I collect my order from your offices?

We don't have a shop but you can collect your garments if you are in the area. You would need to speak to our sales team to arrange a collection day so we can ensure your garments are ready.
