We allow approximately 7 to 10 working days for delivery from artwork sign off and order confirmation. However we will always try to be flexible if you have an urgent enquiry or need to meet a specific date. Talk to our sales team and we’ll do everything we can to help.
Providing items are in stock, they can be despatched to you within 2-4 working days.

* For orders to UK mainland addresses only but excluding Scottish Highlands. Delivery charges to Isle of Man, Channel Islands,Northern Ireland and all Scottish Highlands are price on application. We can also ship overseas at cost. This cost is based on plain clothing; embroidered or printed items may vary. Please contact our sales team for more information.
Our preferred courier is Interlink.
Weekday deliveries to commercial addresses can be any time up to 6pm.
Deliveries to residential addresses can arrive between 7.30am and 7.30pm.
Guaranteed morning deliveries (from 7am onwards) and Saturday delivers are possible: contact our sales team for further information and prices.
We cannot leave items without a signature.

Returns will only be accepted by prior agreement with Corporate Wear. Please call customer services on 01844 220500 to request a returns number.
We are happy to accept returns for garments which have not been worn or washed.
We do not accept returns for garments which have been printed, embroidered or specially procured to meet your requirements.
We will only replace branded garments if they are damaged prior to receipt or incorrectly supplied.
Items can be returned within 10 working days of receipt.
Shortages and faulty goods must be reported within 5 working days of receipt. The fault should be clearly indicated without defacing the garment.
All garments must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging; failure to do so will result in the goods being refused.
Correctly supplied goods which can be returned will be subject to a handling charge of 20% of the total value of goods.
Delivery costs are non-refundable.
Underwear is strictly non-refundable.
Samples should be returned within two weeks of dispatch and at the cost of the customer. Please see the Sample Request Form on the left navigation for further information.
